Registration Terms

  • All payments should be made without charges for the beneficiary.

  • The registration fee will be charged depending on when the actual payment is made.

  • ONLY Online registration is available at the conference website.

  • The registration will not be complete until you have paid your registration fee, and the registration confirmation email is sent.

  • Payment must be made in Korean won for domestic participants and dollars for overseas participants.

  • Participants from countries where restrictions apply to transfer foreign currency should contact the Organizing Secretariat.

Payment Method

  • For users who use PayPal for the first time, it takes about 3-5 days to register for a bank account and credit card on the PayPal App, so please refer to it.

Registration Receipt

  • Official receipts will be issued to the registrant on their [My Page].

  • If you do not receive receipt on your [My Page], please contact the secretariat via e-mail at and we will email you the receipt.

Cancellation Policy

  • All cancellations must be submitted in writing and emailed to

  • No refunds will be issued after the regular registration period.

  • All refunds will be made within 2 months after ICMART 2024 and all bank service charges and administration fees will be deducted from the refund amount.

  • Bank transfer admission fees will not be refunded – applicable to Bank Transfer payments.

  • The organizers nor the venue can be held liable for any losses or damages to personal properties or health of the participants. The participants should arrange their own insurance to cover any medical costs.
